Diamond-Like Carbon First Stage & Titanium Second Stage Atomic Aquatics applies a proprietary Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) finish over chrome-plated brass on the first stage, providing 16 times more wear and corrosion protection than raw metal. The balanced Jet Seat high-flow piston first stage features a swiveling cap with 5 low-pressure ports and 2 high-pressure ports for streamlined hose routing. Meanwhile, the all-titanium second stage eliminates jaw fatigue while preventing rust and degradation caused by harsh tropical saltwater.
Patented Automatic Flow Control & Comfort Swivel The B2x features Atomic Aquatics’ patented Automatic Flow Control (AFC), which automatically adjusts airflow depth by depth to eliminate manual Venturi tuning during your dive.A soft overmolded Rapid Adjustment Knob allows easy detuning for surf entries or octopus use. The second stage connects to a high-flow hose using a black PVD-coated stainless steel Comfort Swivel, providing 30 degrees of rotational movement to prevent hose binding and tugging. Backed by an industry-leading 2-year or 300-dive service interval, the B2x keeps you diving longer with minimal maintenance.
